DENOMINATION: Forlì bianco IGT
MATCHING: good for an aperitif, but also an excellent choice with seafood or truffle, aged cheeses and white meats.
CHARACTERISTICS OF THE VINES: Vines planted in 2007, 5300 plants per hectare, cordon trained and spur-pruned. Guyot method also used.
AMPELOGRAPHIC BASE: 60% Chardonnay and 40% Rebola, blended and vinified together
VINIFICATION TECHNIQUES: The grapes are harvested, blended and fermented together without their skins in steel vats at a controlled temperature with a low quantity of sulphates.
AGING: Six months yeast fermentation in steel vats, and a minimum of 4 in bottles.
LONGEVITY: 4 years
